Teague Fresno, Ca. 93720 Hosted by: Teocalli Folklorico On Wheels Project was founded in 1994 to provide quality, educational training at the local level. Because of the downscale in size when compared to the festival, FOW (which ideally averages between 60 and 120 participants) can offer movement classes, lectures and costume showings in a more intimate setting. Emphasis is placed on providing participants with intensive training tailored to local needs. The FOW Season runs from August to November in cities across the six regions of California : Gold County , SF Bay Area, Central Coast , Central Valley , Greater LA Basin & San Diego.
